Causes of Back Pain

Most people at some time in their life will experience pain in their back or neck. The spine bears the full load of the body’s weight and daily movement. This constant repetitive motion wears on the spine.

Pre-Operative Spine Class

This class is offered each week for your convenience and will be approximately 2 hours in length.
